How do I choose a treatment?

The TimTam Pulse app guides you through a simple three-step process for each session :

Treatment Location: Select the body area you want to treat (e.g., lower back, shoulder, knee) from the options provided in the app .
Therapy Program: Choose a massage style. Available programs include Warm Up, Deep Tissue, Needle, Cup, Recovery, and Scrape .
Time and Intensity: Set the duration (10 minutes is recommended to start) and the intensity level (from 1 to 15). It is recommended to start at the lowest level and gradually increase until you feel a comfortable, tingly sensation .

How long do the gel pads last, and where can I get replacements?
