International adapters are available in the box for travel. 2. **Once fully charged, insert the battery pack into the base**. You can have to apply a little additional force with your palm to ensure the device and battery are fully-engaged. *** To get started, use the buttons to choose a speed or treatment mode.** 1. **One powered up, apply the massager to your intended muscle region**, applying more pressure as needed. 2. **Power off to switch to another attachment** like the vibrating ball tip or to use the onboard heated tip. 3. **Turn on the temperature sensor** to detect injuries and prevent muscle tears prior to when they occur. 4. **When you’re done, remove the battery** and store it in the included packaging. Designing an adequate warmup is usually dependent on the athlete’s needs, goals, and abilities.¹ The goal is to mentally and physically prepare the athlete for a training session or competition; while reducing the risk of injury.
